Semi-Gas® Systems Specialty Gas Handling Systems serving the semiconductor and other critical applications

In January of 2009, the Semi-Gas® Systems line of equipment including: Gas Cabinets, Gas Panels, and Valve Manifold Box components and systems, was purchased from Matheson Tri-Gas by Applied Energy Systems, Inc. Going forward the Semi-Gas® Systems product lines will be designed, manufactured and assembled in the Applied Energy Systems facility in Malvern, Pa.

Applied Energy Systems, Inc. is a conservative, well-managed company that has been in business since 1968 with expertise in Specialty Gas Handling Equipment and Precision Welding.

The Semi-Gas® Systems/Applied Energy Systems personnel do it all: from design and manufacture of specialty gas equipment to testing of ultra high purity gas handling systems, and installation and worldwide field services including specialized welding services.

Our personnel are competent specialists who have first-hand experience in various industries such as semiconductor, aerospace, optoelectronics, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and others.
